Great gift for active-minded people stuck in desk jobs!
Great quality cards, excellent for brain breaks from your desk job. You can combine cards for different parts of the body, and up the difficulty as you start to get good at desk yoga. Lots of fun for anyone stuck at a desk for a lot of their hours!

Amazing for gifts!
Everyone I have given this too LOVES it! It's such a unique and unexpected gift that actually improves their lives (sleep and sore muscles)! We personally use it every night on our kids and they look forward to it and I really do think it helps us sleep better. Love the clean ingredients!
