Absolutely worth it!
I really like to purchase the Uncommon Experiences classes, and this was a winner! Chef Mark's class was a journey into new dishes (that will be on repeat in our house) and how well the suggested wines paired with each dish. Cooking should be about trying something new, whether it's a new ingredient combination, a new method of cooking or new flavor combinations. Bravo, Chef Mark! You hit the proverbial nail on th head on all three in this class!!! Highly recommend!

So much fun!
We had the best time at this cooking class. Eleni was well prepared and very knowledgeable. It was fun to connect with people from all over the country over Zoom! Moderator in the chat was also helpful because she made everyone feel welcome and asked our questions aloud. I also loved the sauces that came with this experience, and the food came out amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

DO IT!
We had a great time! My husband and I love being in the kitchen and cook a ton. We learned so many new skills from Chef Mark. The class was more than we could have expected! Thanks so much Uncommon Goods & Chef Mark.

Great class SO much fun
My kids gave this to me for my birthday and I was so excited to take this class. It is really important to get your prep work done before the class because the class moves quickly. The instructor gave great instructions and lots of information and was very encouraging. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn a new skill in the kitchen

Unique and Fun Learning Experience
This was a great opportunity to learn more about maple syrup. From the differences of each, to what to pair it with, and then some information on the process! The instructor was knowledgeable and did a great job answering questions.

Fantastic and informative class!
We would take this class again! Sanjay was very knowledgeable and clearly enthusiastic about different spice blends. It was a great way to experience new blends and learn how to incorporate them into everyday cooking.
