5 stars out of 5Now we can make authentic Ethiopian food!
We absolutely LOVE the interactive cooking classes on Uncommon Goods; this was our 4th class and it didn't disappoint! Every class we have attended has been amazing, so much fun as well as educational - plus, we get to enjoy a delicious meal afterwards, not to mention expanding our culinary repertoire and learning how to make authentic exotic dishes from all over the world! "Simmered in Spice" was no exception, we had a blast making four delicious dishes and now we can't wait to try out our new skills again for friends & Family - thanks Uncommon Goods for bringing such a fun activity into our home again!

Great chef and simple but good recipes! Wines were a good match to the food and it was a fun time. Definitely will look at other classes!

Today's coffee tasting class was such a lovely experience. I didn't know what to expect but really enjoyed the whole process. It was fun seeing what others thought of the coffee through each step. Our instructor was wonderful. She paced the class very well and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

5 stars out of 5Unique and Fun Learning Experience
This was a great opportunity to learn more about maple syrup. From the differences of each, to what to pair it with, and then some information on the process! The instructor was knowledgeable and did a great job answering questions.

5 stars out of 5Great Intro to World Spices
A great intro class that introduces you to spices from around the world. Very informative and opened up new ways to use spices that you normally aren't familiar with in your daily cooking. Already cooked some dishes from the Spice Kitchen World recipe Guide that came with the spices. Excellent class, really enjoyed it.
