The BEST gift
I love giving gifts that have a purpose rather than another item to sit on a shelf. Photo gifts can often look cheesy but these are absolutely gorgeous quality - so they look great in any home. My boss cried when I gave her these with pic of her son and his family - they just moved away. Highly recommend - and my boss if very picky.

The best feeling is to give a gift you know the receiver will enjoy and cherrish. Something that feels special and personal to the receiver. My friend loved her new mug as much as I hoped she would. :)

Great Gifts for Upwardly Mobile Women!
This paperweight was a gift for my boss, who has been in our industry for many years and was finally promoted to EVP. She is so well-deserving, and the sentiment behind the glass ceiling was perfect. She really, really loved the gift, and it means a lot to her. I like this option better than the necklace, since it is a little awkward to wear this sentiment, IMO. But makes a great item for one's desk.
