Favorite gift
I love giving these little tokens as a spontaneous gift to friends. They are very special. I have had difficulty finding them recently, and was so glad to locate them at Uncommon Goods.

Great Gifts for Upwardly Mobile Women!
This paperweight was a gift for my boss, who has been in our industry for many years and was finally promoted to EVP. She is so well-deserving, and the sentiment behind the glass ceiling was perfect. She really, really loved the gift, and it means a lot to her. I like this option better than the necklace, since it is a little awkward to wear this sentiment, IMO. But makes a great item for one's desk.
