Leesa Storfer always loved making jewelry as a hobby, but she may have her dog to thank for turning it into a career. Inspired by friends who loved a necklace she made with her pup?s photo, she decided to pursue jewelry-making full time. A native of Montreal, Leesa studied jewelry design at the Rhode Island School of Design and in Florence, Italy. She now works at her home studio in Boston, where she can enjoy daily hikes with her four-footed muse and find inspiration in the natural shapes of rocks, branches, and flowers.
