Susan carefully clips each tiny quarter note from old songbooks, then preserves it under layers of doming resin that protect the paper while bringing its fine details into focus. Every pair of earrings and each necklace carries its own history, with no two ever exactly alike. It’s a thoughtful way to wear a love of melody, memory, and craftsmanship all at once.

Susan Forker is a former film editor turned jewelry artist living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Inspired by the history-rich landscapes of her New England roots and her current countryside home, she transforms mixed-media materials, including vintage books, into wearable stories. "Digging through boxes of antique books and vintage ephemera is pure inspiration filled with possibilities," she explains. Each piece is handmade in her restored 1850s barn studio, celebrating nostalgia, imperfection, and second chances.
