I Would Buy This Product For Many Writers In My Family
This little book is lovelier than I expected. I had a wonderful time browsing through it to find stories about some of my favorite authors before giving it to my friend. My friend who recently wrote her own life stories to give to her grandchildren loved her birthday present. We both enjoyed the watercolor paintings that accompany each story. I was thanked many times for such an unusual purchase.

A Thoughtful, Meaningful Gift

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
I have put off for years gifting both my Mom and Dad a journal type legacy book that chronicles their lives because I have never found this item that was thorough, organized and personal to each of them. I visited the Uncommon Goods website to look around and there it was, as if they had specially designed this book just for me and my parents. It is thoughtful in it's layout, thorough in it's depth of guidance and absolutely gorgeous with it's personal and timeless presentation. By being able to personalize the cover with their full names beautifully emblazoned on the cover truly makes this an heirloom piece of my family history that will be cherished for generations to come. I am 100% confident that due to the attention to detail in choosing the materials used in creating this book and stellar craftmanship in it's assembly, many, many hands that come after Mom, Dad and me will have the opportunity to hold, learn about and celebrate the lives of two individuals that are not only their ancestors, but to realize with pride that their legacy is historic.

My new favorite Uncommon Goods offering!
In opening the "Louisa May Alcott" version of the "Classic Literary Quote Scarves", I immediately fell in love with the presentation of the scarf. Enclosed in a lovely box, that looks like and opens like a book, is a beautifully dyed, lovely green. cotton-blend scarf embellished with quotes from Alcott. This multifunctional treasure is a must have. Perfect for gift giving! I will definitely be ordering more!
