Be Aware BEFORE you purchase. Look at Purchased Ornaments.
We bought two. One of each of our cats. One turned out beautifully, but the other had a distinct black dot in the MIDDLE of his face. So it's a draw at 50/50 that you will get an ornament that you will enjoy. Just think that there needs to be more QC that you don't use certain pieces of wood when there is a distinct discoloration in the center.

New favorite holiday decor addition!
Love how this came out! This is such a fun and unique addition to our holiday decorations. I love seeing my cat's face hanging up on this little slice of wood. The quality of the wood is nice and feels great, I'm glad the name printed well too and is easy to read!

Very disappointed with quality
Very disappointed, I could barely tell what it was at first. This is for a dear friend and her dog has helped her through her medical situation the last few years. I thought this would be a gift she could treasure. They didn't even add the name that i supplied.

Disappointed and dissatisfied
I ordered 3 of these ornaments for my parents for Christmas. All three had an extremely dark mark on the pet portrait that was so dark and distracting that the effect was ruined. I understand that wood has natural variations and some darkness might occur, but this seemed extreme, especially compared with the images on the website. I reached out to customer service and their response was basically "too bad, that's how the wood looks and even if we replace them, they will still be that dark." No other attempt was made to resolve. I have ordered a lot of items from this website over the last couple of years but they have now lost a customer.

Disappointed
I wanted to love this product. I ordered one for each of my dogs and one came out looking great. Unfortunately, one came with the image completely off centered. I really expected more for the price. The image of the pup is adorable. I just would've expected them to make an attempt to center the graphic and not punch the ribbon hole through the dog when there's so much extra space on the wood ornament.

I would not recommend this product
We lost our dog about a month ago and I thought her image on this ornament would be a lovely gift for my kids. I bought two. Unfortunately, the image is too dark on both of them, and they have black spots, perhaps where the tool that makes them begins or ends the process. One of the two has several dirty looking marks, like smudges.

Incredible Detail
Got as a gift for my mom and she loved it. She couldn't believe the detail in the photo. It came safely packaged and beautifully made. I'll definitely be ordering more for other friends and family members :)
