My exec boss loves this. I really wish - for the price - it had a sterling chain though. Or an option to upgrade to sterling.
This necklace is unique and meaningful, yet subtle enough to wear every day. Perfect gift!
This was as gorgeous as I had hoped.
I love this necklace! The symbolism makes what can, at times, feel like a very real but intangible pursuit tangible and celebratory. It also encourages women to think of other ways in which they can break the glass ceiling instead of relying on patriarchal systems to catch up and work for them. It's a little longer than I would like, but I just got an extra chain so I can swap lengths depending on my neckline. I can't wait to gift this to other driven women in my life!
Nobody puts baby in a corner
A good gift for any young carreer woman .
This gift was for my boss who took over as president of a women's organization at the tech company I work for. She is an amazing mentor and has helped move this organization flourish. This organization has "lean-in" circles that help groups mentor each other and break glass ceilings.
Idea is great....product somewhat disappointing because of unattractive chain.

My wife and I saw this and, given the current political climate, thought this was the perfect physical totem for our three daughters, two in college, one in high school. We have spent their entire lives working to ensure they are conscientious, progressive, forward thinking and loving. We have encouraged them since birth to break any glass ceiling they see not only for themselves but for all the girls and women that can follow their lead. This was a brilliant gift which they all three loved and wore everyday. My middle daughter started to notice that the necklace was filling with water during showers but would dry out during the day. My younger daughter started finding that the necklace would hook on things and eventually one of the glass pieces popped out then all of the fell out. The water stopped emptying out of the one and finally the pieces fell out of my oldest daughter's as well. This Christmas we have been looking for a gift as meaningful to give them again this year, but just haven't found something that captures our upbringing and their spirits so simply and succinctly. We were briefly tempted to buy a second round for each of them since they have missed having the necklace and, if it were appropriately priced (quality wise) at $10-15, we probably would have. Sigh.
