Excellent Customer Service
I ordered online 2 Christmas ornaments with my dogs' names and pictures on rounds of wood. I attached pictures of both dogs. When I received the ornaments, the first one was perfect and looked just like the picture that I sent. I had to laugh when I looked at the second ornament. It had my dog's name on it, but it was an image of a mean-looking cat. When I contacted customer service, they could not have been nicer. They had me send a picture of the ornament I received and resend the picture of my dog. The redone ornament is perfect. I wonder if some other customer is laughing at the ornament they received with their cat's name and my dog's face....
