Very disappointed
I can barely see the photo of the pet. I waited 6 weeks for this and it's poor.

Never came in the mail
I order this for a gift for a family member whose pet passed away. It's over a month later and it never came. No explanation, no proof sent, nada. DO NOT BUY if you want it in time for the holidays, it won't come.
