What better way to keep loved ones close to your heart than maker Elyse Arezzini’s custom, hand-wrapped gemstone necklace? Elyse adds up to nine stones of your choosing to a gold- or silver-plated heart pendant, creating a delicate, deeply emotional display.

Choose a Gold-Plated or Silver-Plated heart pendant, both hypoallergenic.
Heart pendant is about 10 mm wide.
Add up to nine hand-wrapped birthstones of your choice to represent children, grandkids, or family members.
Gold- or Silver-fill chain is 16"; adjustable 2" extension.
Choose from the following gemstones:

January – Garnet
February - Amethyst
March - Aquamarine
April - Diamond
May - Emerald
June - Moonstone
July - Ruby

Portland, Oregon, native Elyse Arezzini began her artistic journey as a child. "My mom signed me up for just about every art class under the sun growing up," Elyse explains. After years of studying multiple disciplines, Elyse finally came into her own, creating beautiful pieces her mother truly wanted to wear. Her mom remains one of Elyse's favorite people to run new ideas by. In addition to jewelry, Elyse is passionate about volunteering to ensure her community stays safe, clean, and thriving.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 8/18/2026.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Bag. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.
