Erika Davis
Erika Davis is the heart behind her family-run honey business in small-town Ohio, where she grew up and now raises five kids alongside her high school sweetheart. After trading corporate life for flexibility and flavor, Erika teamed up with her husband (the beekeeper) to transform a backyard hobby into a buzzing operation. From their own apiary to an FDA-certified kitchen, Erika and her extended family craft every jar in-house, specializing in unique, giftworthy honey creations, like hot honey and creamed blends. Their sweet mission? Build a legacy their kids can one day carry on.

Gift giving ready!
I have not tried the honey because I purchased it as a gift for my sister. She mentioned that she wanted to try some creamed honey and I just so happen to be shopping and stumbled upon a great gift giving package of creamed honey.

Great white elephant gift
#sweepstakes This item was such a hit at my holiday party. It was wanted by many. The flavors all sound so delish. I didn't get to try it myself but it was certainly a hit at the white elephant gift exchange!

Is your creamed honey raw or has it been cooked?
