Everyone has moments when the pressure builds—whether it’s a packed inbox or a nonstop to-do list. Maker Jaclyn Beckerman designed this minimalist ring as a subtle, wearable reminder to pause, breathe, and reset, drawing inspiration from the calming box breathing technique.

Inspired by the box breathing technique to encourage moments of calm throughout the day.
Trace one side of the ring for 4 seconds while inhaling through the nose.
Hold the breath for 4 seconds while tracing the next side.
Exhale for 4 seconds while tracing the third side.
Hold again for 4 seconds while tracing the final side.
Repeat the cycle 3–5 times to help promote relaxation and ease anxiety.
Choose from Sterling Silver or 14k Gold-Filled wire.
Ring size is adjustable.
Handmade in New Jersey.

After exploring careers in media, advertising, and life coaching, she found her true creative voice at the jewelry bench, where metal became a way to translate mindfulness into something tangible and wearable. Her designs emerged during a period of personal transition and healing that reshaped how she listened to her own intuition. Drawing on years of coaching and self-reflection, Jaclyn creates jewelry as gentle prompts to pause and choose what comes next with intention. Care

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. To keep it bright, store in an airtight bag when not wearing. Avoid moisture, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals. Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, use mild dish soap and warm water; dry thoroughly. Wear regularly — natural oils help prevent tarnish. 14k gold filled is extremely durable and won’t rub off or tarnish easily. To maintain its luster, avoid exposing it to lotions, perfumes, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Clean with warm water and mild soap; pat dry with a soft cloth. Store separately to prevent scratching. Avoid abrasive jewelry cloths.
