Great gift for the guy who does yoga
My husband has been doing yoga for 3 decades and often feels outnumbered by the women in his class, so I thought these were the perfect gift!

Great gift for active-minded people stuck in desk jobs!
Great quality cards, excellent for brain breaks from your desk job. You can combine cards for different parts of the body, and up the difficulty as you start to get good at desk yoga. Lots of fun for anyone stuck at a desk for a lot of their hours!

Just wearing it is a good reminder
My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I have an anxiety disorder and told him a few weeks ago that I was looking into more natural ways to control it, as I felt I had become too dependent on my anxiety medications. He took that comment and did some research and found this. It was an incredibly thoughtful gift, and I do use it, and it does help by focusing your breathing, so you're not breathing too quickly.

This is the perfect gift for the person who has everything! I gave to my son in law who has a very stressful job at times he loved it. He is keeping it on his desk, this way he can use it to bring some peace into his day.
