What Makes It Uncommon

Get your brain going and put those vocabulary skills to the test with this simple and endlessly replayable wooden brainteaser. To play, roll the 12 dice, each engraved with a different selection of letters; the challenge comes when you have to make connecting words using the letters you’ve rolled. Each word has to be at least three letters long, and using names or proper nouns is forbidden. Whether you win or lose, give the dice another roll and see what new words you come up with.

Challenging word game!

Bought as a gift for a mature child who enjoys games. He might even enjoy tinkering with this even if he's on his own—all good practice for writing and spelling and eventually, Scrabble, Wordle and crosswords! Looks to be nice quality for handling (I obviously haven't opened it).#sweepstakes
