Due to the natural characteristics of real wood slices, the center core may appear darker in some ornaments. You may also notice natural wood markings or variations throughout the slice itself. We do our best to minimize these effects by aligning darker parts of the design with the darker wood center.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered online 2 Christmas ornaments with my dogs' names and pictures on rounds of wood. I attached pictures of both dogs. When I received the ornaments, the first one was perfect and looked just like the picture that I sent. I had to laugh when I looked at the second ornament. It had my dog's name on it, but it was an image of a mean-looking cat. When I contacted customer service, they could not have been nicer. They had me send a picture of the ornament I received and resend the picture of my dog. The redone ornament is perfect. I wonder if some other customer is laughing at the ornament they received with their cat's name and my dog's face....

Sweet, thoughtful and beautiful gift for the holidays.
I got this ornament for my dog Juno. I just hung it up on the tree and it stands out next to my other ornaments! It's quickly become my favorite. I gravitate towards natural materials for my decor and I love that this is made out of natural wood.
