Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Carrie Morey was surrounded by food and family. Her mother, Callie, was a caterer, and Carrie's favorite childhood snack was her mom's signature ham biscuits: a recipe that later inspired her own path. In 2005, Carrie turned that family tradition into a business built around her values of family, balance, and authenticity. Today, she and her team keep the Southern art of biscuit-making alive, crafting each batch with simple ingredients and plenty of butter. For Carrie, the work is about more than biscuits: it's about sharing comfort and creating food that becomes part of people's own stories.
