Great game for anyone 5-95!
We got this game for our 9 year-old son for Christmas…he played, his dad and I played, then Grandma and Grandpa came over and they played! I consider myself very good at puzzles and Katamino proved to be a challenge! I would recommend this game to anyone!

Endless Combinations
I saw a version of this game at a bar once, and spent the entire night trying to complete the hardest level (the full board) because I didn't know how to play. With the rule book and so many different levels, it's endless entertainment! I have usually have it out on the coffee table, and without fail every time we have company someone likes to give it a shot. I wanted a game I could play by myself that didn't involve a screen, and Katamino definitely delivers. Great quality, will last forever. The beginner levels would even be great for younger children

My previous question was -- What age is this recommended for? I received the same answer twice. I am a retired elementary school principal. I find it very hard to believe that this is recommended for children ages 2-4 who have had little, if any, experience with geometric shapes. I think it would be very frustrating for them. I looked at it originally for children in Grades 1-2, which would be ages 6-8. I wanted to hear the thoughts of the person who designed it. Also, after answering "no" to the question,"Was this helpful," there should be a place to explain why not. Otherwise, customer feedback is not valuable to you.
