Long before cameras could capture a face, people created images of their loved ones in silhouette form—simple profiles that somehow held an entire person within a single shape. That cherished tradition lives on in Beth Philbin handmade charms. Beth takes a photo and transforms it into a finely engraved silhouette, preserving the smallest details in sterling silver. The result feels both nostalgic and deeply personal, like a modern heirloom in the making.

Each profile is carefully refined into a clean outline before being engraved for lasting detail and contrast.
Choose 1–3 charms, each representing a different silhouette. (necklaces with multiple charms feature small silver bead spacers to keep each piece beautifully separated.
Oxidized and hand polished to enhance depth and highlight fine details.
Charms measure approximately 5/8" and hang from a 16" sterling silver box chain.
Comes packaged in a gift-ready box.
Handmade in California.

"Our jewelry allows people to hold a piece of someone close to them."

After leaving a high-tech job in California's Bay Area to start her own web design company, Beth Philbin decided to build a website for another of her side hustles—creating family-themed jewelry. Largely self-taught, Beth's pieces proved to be a hit and she shifted to jewelry full-time. "I love creating pieces that represent the unique bonds between parents and children, siblings, spouses, and friends," Beth says.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 5/18/2026.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Bag. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.
