Perfect gift for my book club friends

Great gift for readers!
My sisters and I all have this mug (all purchased as gifts for each other--haha!), and we have really enjoyed seeing the daily quotes. It has led us to check in with each other most days to see if we've each checked the quote. We all love it!

Disappointed
I purchased my mug in November and started reading the quotes of the day in December. For the first two months, almost every quote was from a 19th century white author. Truthfully, I stopped checking, so maybe the quotes have become more modern, more contemporary, and more inclusive of writers from all cultures.

The quotes are sourced from public domain works published before 1929, which does limit the pool of available material and often reflects the authors who were most widely published at that time. Get Lit and Literary Every Day
As a writer and book lover, I look forward to a literary quote served in this delightfully designed mug with my morning coffee. Many of the quotes by famous authors are new to me, and so are many of the authors which entices me to look them up and discover and read their books and which in turn can lead me to being booked. I love this mug. In fact, I bought another one for a literary loving friend and will probably purchase more.

There are 365 quotes and they are the same each year. In other words, the quote displayed on 11/4/24 will be the same quote on 11/4/2025 and so on.
