Fun concept, unique gift
Nice product. The quality of the wood itself could be improved a bit, and the design is very simple - but it's a great gift idea for a history buff!

Good product
Got it for my husband. It seems very cool to me, and I want the poetry one. However, he prefers just to look at it on his desk and not use the additional feature. Probably he doesn't care enough to figure it out plus he is lots of work. I want the horoscope and poetry ones.

Well-made and interesting facts
I like the look/feel of the product. It is well made. I bought as a gift and I was hoping for a more dynamic experience than just one history fact per day. I do find the history facts well-researched and interesting.

94 year old great Aunt loves it!
I bought this for my 94 year old aunt who loves history. She told me that she took it to dinner the first day she had it to show to her friends. She didn't have any problem figuring out how it works!

What happens after a year? The product says that it connects to a daily fact for "a full year." Will the fact just repeat itself the following year? Or will the QR code no longer work? Thanks!

Hello! Yes, that is correct. After one year the content will repeat. The fact of today will be the same on November 9th, 2026.
