Create your very own mini movies with this fun and creative flipbook kit! Just like cartoons on TV, these flipbooks short stories through a series of colorful step-by-step images. Made in China. Kit makes 3 flipbooks (30 pages each).

Kit includes:

- 2 pre-drawn flipbooks
- 1 blank flipbook
- 4 non-toxic markers
- 3 clips

Choose from Butterfly/Frog Kit, Rocket/Robot Kit, T. Rex/Pteranodon, or Sea Creatures.

Uncommon Knowledge: Flipbooks were first created in the 1860s, but didn't take off until the 1880s when photographer Edweard Muybridge and inventor Thomas Edison worked with flipbooks as experiments prior to movies. In the 1920s, flipbooks became popular as both toys and ways to learn certain activities.

A creative art project

My 7 year old grandson was very excited to color in each of the pictures and then watch the magic as he flipped through each frame! He was amazed at the progression of each picture, from cocoon to butterfly, and was happy to share the flip show with his "audience"!

Hello! The kit contains instructions for the templates included, one of which is blank and will allow them to create their own custom book.
