Thoughtful gift
I bought this for a friend who is always conscious of what chemicals go on her into her body so I think she liked this gift. It does seem a little extensive but I think she's up to it. Her mom is also the same way so I think it's a good activity for them to bond over. #sweepstakes

Does this come off with soap and water

The Dry (Powder) Pigments wash off with water. The base and liquid coolants are recommended to be removed with polish remover.
