Very disappointed in the new size
The description and package dimensions give the total width (including the metal bar) as 15 1/2 inches, but the actual width was 12 1/2 inches. Those 3 inches make a huge difference in the comfort level, and I'm a petite person. Uncommon Goods sent me a replacement and the dimensions on the replacement were identical, so it wasn't a fluke. I'm very disappointed as I loved the original green seat, and used it until it literally wore out. But with the smaller seat it's uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time - you're sitting on the metal bars, not the fabric seat. The manufacturer should list appropriate dimensions on the box and the item description.

It's almost perfect and very cute
This is overall a great item, but it is still a little bit too tall for very short people. I am about 5 foot one and it is just slightly high for me.

Uncomfortable Seat

Makes a great gift for garden lovers
I got this for my mom's birthday. She's an avid gardener but its starting to take a toll on her knees. This was a perfect gift to make sure she can take breaks easily while she works, and to help her avoid crouching when she can. She hasn't gotten many chances to put it to test with the cold weather yet, but she was very excited to receive it!
