Emily and Lindsay Stetzer are sisters who transform their own mental health journey into meaningful objects. Growing up, they each experienced anxiety and OCD differently, but found common ground in helpful tools and language. Drawing inspiration from therapy concepts, personal experience, and conversations in the mental health community, they create pieces that offer reassurance and encouragement in daily life. Emily brings a background in advertising and art direction, while Lindsay contributes expertise in interior design and hand-finishes many of their beaded creations. Together, they blend thoughtful words with craftsmanship, creating reminders people can carry wherever life leads.
