Beautiful little safe place for small birds!
The quality is excellent, the colors are tones of pink and natural, the item is just beautiful! The only thing I'd say is to make sure it's for small birds. Perfect!

Lovely, unobtrusive gift for an outdoor space
We got this nester as a gift for a tenant. She has a garden area in the back yard that she enjoys very much. She LOVES the new nester. We hung it in the garden from a willowy tree branch and it looks beautiful--an interesting subtle pop of color amongst the leaves. She is hoping it will please the butterflies as well as small birds. The nester is a great compliment to the ceramic butterfly feeder (also purchased from Uncommon Goods) that we gave her last year.

Beautiful and unique bird house
This was a gift for my parents who loved the look and function of this birdhouse. They also enjoyed reading about its creation. The gift comes with instructions on set up to encourage birds to use it. It was a hit for my bird-loving parents.

I absolutely love this handmade bird nester! The vibrant sari cuttings and natural seagrass make it a beautiful addition to any yard. Excellent quality
Bought as a birthday gift and was suprised as the great quality of the bird nest. It's unique and very sturdy (metal hanger in the back is perfect for perching on a railing or fence). Hopefully it gets some use next spring when the nesters come back through!

In the item pictures one of them is largely red with other colors, while the other is mostly green colors. I know that the item description says that each will vary… but is there a way to specify or choose a color scheme your prefer?

Hi Alexandra, the Sea Grass & Sari Bird Nester offers a cozy place to roost during harsh winter months, plus in springtime, small birds may use this Fair Trade product as a nest. Position the bird nester in a sheltered space to keep out harsh weather. Preferably face the bird nester between North and South-East. A warm, protected roosting space out of the prevailing wind can be a lifesaver for small birds during cold, harsh weather conditions.
