Care
Wood cutting board must be hand-washed and oiled regularly. Use a mild dish soap and a scrub sponge with hot water to clean your board after each use. Towel dry your board thoroughly before allowing it to air-dry upright. Remember to also dry the knife sharpening stones completely to avoid potential rusting. Apply food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, to a dry board about once per month or more frequently with regular use or a dry environment. Use a mixture of kosher salt/lemon mixture to deodorize the board. To remove stains use baking soda-water solution. Rinse, clean and oil board after you deodorize or de-stain it.
