Amazing class!
We loved the class, it was easy to follow with a friendly, kind and welcoming atmosphere. We got very tasty samosas and chutney despite our inexperience and lack of equipment/organisation. Practice makes perfect so we already have make some this week for friends. Thank you JD !!!

Informative and Fun!
JD is an amazing instructor. There were dozens of people in the class and he patiently ensured each of us had the right ingredients and suggested substitutions for the most exotic spices. Then he walked us through all the steps, demonstrating the hardest techniques and engaging the class as he went along. We're fortunate to have an Indian grocer near us, so we were able to make the most authentic version of the samosa filling and they are DELICIOUS. We used an air fryer just to avoid the mess of deep frying and be a teeny bit healthier and it worked like a charm! I hate cilantro (soap gene) so we used parsley instead and it made a nice bright herbal chutney to offset the mild heat of the samosa filling. 10/10 would recommend!

Can this be made gluten free - I see it's vegan thx

The short answer is no :^) Chef insists that the ingredients be strictly adhered to - gluten free flour will not yield the properties required for the samosas to assemble properly.
