Ben Strohecker grew up surrounded by chocolate, inspired by his grandfather’s larger-than-life confections and the craft behind them. After studying economics and working in food production and marketing, he found his way back to chocolate making in the early 1970s, starting small from his home kitchen. His creations blend tradition and imagination, often sparked by playful moments and happy accidents. Guided by a belief in thoughtful craftsmanship and inclusive community, he helped shape a workshop where artistry, care, and collaboration remain at the heart of every batch.
