A great, personal gift
I purchased a couple of reel codes for a friend who already owned a compatible view finder. I used one of the reel codes to creat a reel for my friend from photos of the two of us on vacation. I gave her that reel, along with the second reel code, so that she can create a reel of her own of whatever photos she wants on it. The reel creation process was fun and easy -- better on a laptop or tablet then on a phone, however. The website walks you through everything step by step. The resulting reel looks great.

Amazing!
I purchased this for relatives and we all remember this toy as kids. I made 4 disks. Creating the disks was so easy. The website was simple and friendly. Delivery was fast. Amazing way to store family pictures that are in your phone. You will be happy with this purchase.

The reel viewer arrived quickly, with the code for custom reel included. It was very easy to create the custom photo reel on the website. 1000 times worth it I cannot like it enough
I got this for a family member as a Christmas gift and it came very quickly so I was able to place my order for the actual photo reel. I could not like this product more. Quality was so high, and it looked like it was made with love. The family member loved it. They thought that it was very original and I 1000% recommend it. You should definitely buy it.

Past meets the present!
I started buying my love a reel each year for Christmas. It's a fun way to keep pictures from our year but in a non-traditional way! I love showing them to other people because they comment on the reel reminding them of childhood!

After photo submission, can I have a finished reel shipped to Hong Kong?

The finished reels ship all over the world. Please note that many countries charge their citizens an import tax or duty fee for purchasing items outside of their country. These taxes are collected during the delivery by the shipper on behalf of the customs department (some countries also allow it to be paid online or over the phone). All countries are different, so we do not know the laws, tax percentages, or fees charged in your area. Therefore, we always recommend that customers outside of the USA research their local import fees and laws so that they are prepared.

How do I submit pictures to complete my purchase for the view master?

Once you physically receive your viewer, check inside the Reel Viewer box for a code to redeem one free reel. The code will be located on a card or on the included reel in the reel slot. Head over to their website that is on the card, create an account, and input the code. From there you will upload your images to create your reel.

When I submit the photos can I choose the order? For example, if I wanted the last photo to say, "Will you marry me?" Can I be ensured that would be last?

Great question, once you receive your Reel Viewer you would be prompt to a different vendor to set up the frames, the frames are able to be arranged the way you wish. Great idea!

Why does the Reel viewer say for ages over 13 years? It seems like the old Viewmasters could be used by younger ages. Is there something different about this one that could not be used by a 3 or 4 year-old?

The age recommendation is due to the nature of the gift. The gift is to be able to see photos of loved ones, or events. The viewmasters from back then were geared toward children because of the nature of the photos telling a story with animated characters. Besides that, there's no big difference. Great question!

can you have the viewfinders branded with company logo? Is there a minimum order of viewfinders and reels? Can you order a certain number of the same reel?
