High quality, personalized gift
My 92 year old mother suffers from dementia. She has always loved word puzzles, and this personalized blanket containing the names of 15 of her loved ones (including the old family dog) is a source of continuous delight for her. The blanket is large and she uses it as a throw to keep warm while watching tv. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It is soft and medium weight. It was a wonderful gift for an elderly person who loves her family.

A gift that won't be forgotten
My aunt was very close to my grandfather, who has passed. Letters from him are her most treasured possessions. When she unwrapped the blanket and read his words on it, she broke down in the happiest tears! She plans to keep the blanket on her bed most of the time, but she may use it as a throw on her sofa, too.

Great gift idea!
Best gift for my mother in law! Fabric is heavy duty and construction is quality. We havent used it and almost didn't want to because this bread blanket is just so beautiful.

Special Gift for hard to shop for wife
My wife more than anything wants gifts with "meaning" behind them. With multiple gift giving events per year it can be tough to find special gifts that will bring her real joy. This gift was perfect from that perspective. It's different and not something she'd otherwise get; and it's all about the family. With the activities, it was possible to make it more personalized. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars and that some of the activities were only minimally represented/highlighted so it wasn't necessarily clear what the activity was (hiking was just a backpack on the person). Though, others were awesome (my son playing with tools was dead on).

Gorgeous
This was a gift for my mother, who adores her grandchildren. This blanket is beautifully made, the only downside it's not as soft as I thought it would be. It does have a weight to it for sure, and it is a heavy blanket. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a cozy soft blanket, but my mom loves it and really that is all I wanted.
