Each one is individually shaped by hand, giving every not-so-scary face its own personality, and making it delightful in October and all throughout the year.

Kim and Jack Ford create hand-thrown pottery inspired by animals, nature, and the small moments that bring people joy. Based in Oberlin, Ohio, the husband-and-wife team launched their business in a basement studio before growing into a 3,500-square-foot workspace shared with their apiaries and honey production. Kim, who studied at the prestigious Tyler School of Art, and Jack, a self-taught potter, blend artistic craftsmanship with warm, approachable design. Their speckled stoneware pieces are handmade using custom glazes developed in-house, resulting in organic textures and earthy finishes that make every mug, bowl, and vessel feel one of a kind.
