Would not buy again
Unfortunately, my chocolate truffles were a complete disaster. The direction say that you can use milk instead of heavy cream. It does not specify what type of milk I used 2% milk. I had to freeze my mixture for over 24 hours and it's still was just a big glob of chocolate, although it taste good I was not able to form them into truffles. I am very heartbroken as I bought this to create on a date night.
