Excellent Customer Service!
I love my Literary Cat Mug! As a writer myself, and a devoted fan of the feline species, it was the perfect gift for my friends to choose for me. Unfortunately, when the gift arrived, it was broken. I called just to see what if anything could be done. The agent had me send a picture of the mug as I'd received it, and before we got off the phone, my new mug was in the mail. I use it nearly every day as it is my favorite. I love the mug and appreciate the great customer service. I will shop here again!
