Total Failure
We were so excited for this kit as we all love soup dumplings. We followed directions exactly but the dough was incredibly sticky and we couldn't get the dumplings off the parchment paper to get into the steam basket. Huge disappointment.

The kit was better than could have imagined. Not just the quality of the tools and steamer, but the recipes were outstanding and very easy to follow. The video provided was super easy to follow and really made it an enjoyable experience and a fun date night. The shrimp and pork was out of this world full of flavor and really were better than we could imagine. Much better than most of the restaurants we've been too.
