Suggested Helpful Changes
Since the recorded live broadcast of the cooking demonstration was recorded sometime before the paperwork was created and sent out, it would've been very helpful to put in the recipes the possibility of substitutions, as were demonstrated unannounced by Chef Mark. Since one of my medication's prevents me from having grapefruit, I automatically substituted three oranges for the two grapefruits. It's pretty strange that when you have a video that ingredients do not necessarily match what is called for in the recipes. That is why I suggest putting substitution options in the recipes presented. In the information about the class it says, "Mark will share his expert techniques and explain the purported passionate properties of each ingredient." I heard very little or nothing about any passionate properties of any of the ingredients other than the mention of chocolate. This was what I was waiting for during the whole presentation, and that was a definite let down for my enjoyment. Also the mousse did not hold up in the refrigerator. Very nice idea and presentation, but missing a good redo for future paying prospects.

A lot of fun
It's not what I expected but was better! It was helpful to have another person to write the instructions and ingredients in the chat so we can follow along if we were delayed on our end.

MUST TRY when running out of ideas for date night!!
My fiance and I got this as a christmas gift and we just got the time to do it in May, but OMG, chef Mark was amazing, such a cute little date to do if you're not feeling like leaving home! it also saves you a lot of money while having restaurant quality meals! Chef Mark was so knowledgeable that he even showed us some knife techniques!! definitely must do!! we will be doing that again!

Great time and well worth it!
Quite what we expected. Really enjoyed the prep, production, and companionship of this. Went a little fast in a couple of places but with more prep on our part it would have been fine, and didn't affect the final products. Used some kitchen tools that had lain dormant for quite a while - one was still it's original packaging.

Loved this class
My wife and I loved this class. The instructor was very knowledgeable, gave lots of good tips, and was entertaining. The Bees Knees cocktail was one of the best we've had (we used Tom Cat gin), the chocolate mousse dessert was delicious and something we'd never made before, and the fennel, grapefruit, avocado, and arugula salad was unique and incorporated some ingredients we don't typically use. We added grilled salmon to our salad. My only suggestion for the class would be to describe more about the aphrodisiac properties of the ingredients - either by the instructor or in the class instructions. Overall, we loved this class and would definitely do a similar class again.

A truly delicious and fun experience
My spouse and I did this experience together and we really enjoyed it. Some of the ingredients had us wondering ahead of time, but we ended up loving every sip and bite of what we prepared. And it definitely brought us closer together. Highly recommend! Thanks for making it fun and interesting, Chef Matt!

Lovely evening with great food!
We had a great time. We liked that there was some focus on aphrodisiac ingredients without it being cheesy. It was fun learning some new kitchen skills together, like knife work and making a good mousse. It was a lot of fun!

Perfect gift for a loved one who loves new experiences/food!
This is a wonderful gift for someone who loves to cook and wants to learn how to make a new dish. You get a class, but you can do it from the comfort of your own home. It's a great experience to share with someone you love.

Definitely recommend!
This was such a fun class! This is the first one we've done and we will definitely do another. Chef Mark was witty and had a lot of great tips and tricks. My boyfriend and I had a great time! We learned some new knife and prep skills that we will use in the future.
