Care
Hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and dry immediately. Cast iron is porous, do not allow to soak. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to surface.

Nice quality
This was a Christmas gift. We for 2 to fit potatoes for our family, as we typically grill potatoes. This makes a nice texture and a good smell. We will use these probably 2x per week!

Works like a charm - might need a second one
We love the cast iron potato roaster. It was easy to season and use; a bit heavy but that's to be expected. The potatoes were delicious and done perfectly - the kiddo even ate the skin, which is a constant battle (that's where the nutrition hides). #sweepstakes

Complete Junk
Potato stuck to the prongs even though it was oiled. Worst baked potato we ever cooked - dehydrated and skin so tough it was extremely hard to cut with a knife. Unfortunately, I bought two of these at the same time with the plan to gift one of them. I threw both of them away and thankfully didn't embarrass myself by gifting one!! Don't waste your money!

Do the dimensions allow you to do a sweet potato or two?

Hello! Sweet potatoes sound like a delicious idea, the inner dimensions 11.5" x 3.25" x 3.5", so it should accommodate medium sized sweet potatoes, larger sweet potatoes might be a tighter fit.
