Very unique gift
I do not buy gifts for people unless something strikes me as worth it. My friend is a yoga instructor and physical therapist for special needs students. Things like this engage her students, can be a 'treat' and motivator. It also provides her a way to teach about her passion for yoga and wellness.

Great gift for active-minded people stuck in desk jobs!
Great quality cards, excellent for brain breaks from your desk job. You can combine cards for different parts of the body, and up the difficulty as you start to get good at desk yoga. Lots of fun for anyone stuck at a desk for a lot of their hours!
