Modeled after the pots used in China's Yunnan province, this stoneware rice cooker by Todd Johnson is highlighted by a speckled glaze and carved details. Simply place the pot over a heated saucepan of water. As the water boils, the steam begins to rise up through the central spout, then becomes trapped by the lid, cooking your rice to perfection. You can even use the pot to heat up leftovers and prepare easy one-pot meals. Handmade in Asheville, North Carolina.
