I wanted to submit a photo illustrating my use of your butler llama, Frances, in his new home; however, at age 74 and living alone, I can only email and text. I’m lamenting my limits resulting in lost opportunity! Can you help?

Hi, Frieda! Do you have a smartphone (or tablet)? If you do, participating’s actually pretty easy — all you need to do is download the app called “Instagram” to your device and create an account, which you can do with an e-mail or through your Facebook, if you have one; it’s your choice, and the app will guide you through the sign-up process. Once you have an account, snap a picture of your lovely llama using the app and share, including “#myuncommongoods” in the caption. It may take a few tries to get the hang of it, but it’s fairly simple once you’ve done it a few times! Hopefully this helps a little.
