A great self-care gift
I bought these as a gift for my mother, who works long hours at a computer and she was so excited to receive these as a way to ease tension or strain around her eyes.

Perfect 'self care' gift for anyone in your life!
A friend was feeling run down and this was a great, affordable gift to send their way to lift their spirits and give them a chance to 'get away' without actually leaving. In this case, my friend was a new mom who wasn't finding time to herself. But this would be great as a 'treat yourself' or a 'thinking of you' gift for anyone who could. use an extra smile. Price is just right!

Self Care book for the Young Adults in your life

Best gift I've ever given myself...and now others!
During this time of Covid, I keep reading how important self care is. We had our three daughters home from college to do their remote learning so I was suddenly cooking, cleaning and keeping our home comfortable and conducive for studying and Zooming! We loved having them home and truly embraced and thoroughly enjoyed this bonus time with our girls. This joy masked the toll it was taking on me, who runs my small business from our home. We moved into our new (and bigger) home in January so I promised myself I would start making time for me and protecting it valiantly. This gift to myself was the perfect kick start to this commitment.

I sent these to a friend after she had a surgical procedure with the hopes that she could indulge in some self-care. She loved them! I especially loved that I could send them directly to her with a message on the gift receipt - who doesn't love getting pretty packages in the mail? I highly recommend this for a gift for anyone!
