Informative, Fun, and Easy!
This class was AMAZING - I honestly wasn't sure how a virtual cocktail class would translate, but Greg was so informative with some of the history of different cocktails and whiskeys, kept it incredibly engaging and fun with having people come off of mute or type into chat, and had us make awesome cocktails that taste/appear complex, but are really easy to make, so much so that I've continued to make them months after this class! I walked away from this class with not just a solid buzz (and an appreciation for Scotch which I had sworn I didn't like), but wanting to take more Uncommon Experiences. The fact that I didn't have to leave home was a bonus, not a hindrance to having an incredible time and I can't speak more highly about Greg's energy, professionalism, and ability to keep an audience engaged via Zoom. 10/10 recommend!

This class was amazing!!
We had so much fun taking this class! Matt was so fun to work with and very knowledgable regarding Tequila, Mezcal and all the spirits we used to make the cocktails. His passion for Mixology was very evident, which led to a welcoming and fun environment for all in attendance. It felt like a big party where we were all sitting around the table trying new cocktails and sharing stories. 10/10, would recommend. Makes for a great gift!

Great drinks and very informative!
My wife got me this experience as a Christmas / Hanukkah present, and we had a blast making these drinks together! Cameroxn was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining for the entire class, and the pacing was great so that we were able to enjoy each drink and not feel rushed. Definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested in learning how to make their own cocktails, whether you're looking to create something new or just have a few easy recipes on hand!

Educational, personalized, and DELICIOUS!
We loved our virtual Home Bar Hero Mixology Class with the fantastic Amy as our host and bartending guide. Amy is a great teacher who makes it really easy to follow each cocktail's recipe to perfection as she adds personal touches and lively conversation with the at-home attendees along the way. All three drinks were tasty and unique, and even as "semi-seasoned" amateur drinkmakers we learned a lot of super helpful tips (put salt IN the margarita instead of on the rim--brilliant!). We've also continued to enjoy the Root 23 simple syrups that come with the class. All in all, this was the perfect gift for my parents as we shared the experience together on Zoom from opposite coasts--we all had a blast! A fun treat and fabulous experience for all ages!

Entertaining Online Cocktail Class, Perfect For Beginners
I honestly was only expecting to make one drink in this class, but we made three! Matt was very entertaining, informative (warned us that we might spill one drink during shaking unless we were careful, guess which student was not careful!), and willing to field a variety of questions, even those that didn't pertain to the cocktails we were making. Shout out to Jess as well! She kept things moving along and had a very good sense of humor.
