Jolene Shields grew up in Pleasant Grove, Utah, where the Timpanogos Mountains set the stage for an adventurous childhood filled with snowmobile rides and off-road treks. Inspired by artistic parents, her mother's dried-flower business and her father's designs, Jolene's creativity took root at an early age. For over 40 years, she's been turning her mountain experiences into stunning ceramics. Today, you'll find her working in a cozy basement studio, crafting away with her dogs snoozing nearby.
