Take Your Family for a Spin!

When a regular fixie simply won't do, the whole family will look sweet upon the seats of this bicycle built for all of you—there's even a place for your pup. Led by your choice of a couple or an individual parent or grandparent, a colorful cast of characters by Patricia Carlin are custom designed to look like your family riding along on a tandem bike built for 1-14. Choose hair and skin color to match your pedaling clan – even your family pet can defy four-legged logic and join you for a ride in the park.

Designed in Pennsylvania by Patrica Carlin. Printed and framed in Oregon. Ready to hang (wire hanger).

Mounted on an FSC-certified and conservation quality matboard. The hand-assembled frame consists of durian wood. This wood comes from a Malaysian tree whose lumber is harvested after it can no longer bear fruit. New trees are replanted in fruit orchards to replace the ones cut.

    “I like to keep things pretty simple. I focus on warmth, humor, and emotion.”

    Patricia Carlin believes that a small sketch has the power to tell a story without language. She started out as an art director in Philadelphia, selling everything from potato chips to financial products. In 2001, a friend wanted help launching a glassware business, so Patricia designed and wrote copy for several products for the new venture. Patricia has explored many techniques in her illustration, but simple line drawing appeals to her most. "For me, paring things down to their simplest essence is always the best way to understand them," she says.

    We work from a template and can only use the figures as they appear on the menu, therefore we're unable to change the height of the figures or add a baby.
