The Garject isn't your average garlic press. You can put more than one clove of garlic in its wide reservoir, with no need to peel them. Its long, sturdy handles give you the leverage to press the garlic through the network of tiny holes, and then, as you open it back up, a unique spring-tension bar scrapes any remaining material from the outside. At the touch of a button, the leftover peel pops out of the press and into your trash. Then simply rinse the Garject or put it in the dishwasher, and savor the knowledge that your tasty garlic hasn't touched your fingers or dirtied any other tools. Made in China.
