"Thanks." It's a simple word, yet it has a transformative power for both the one who says it and the one who receives it. This journal helps you harness the power of gratitude in your life. Created by Lorraine Miller, a holistic health and lifestyle coach, it contains prompts and journalizing pages that help you to establish a practice of gratitude in your own life. Drawing on her own experiences using gratitude to lift herself from struggles with depression and chronic fatigue, she has designed her workbook to lead you on a journey to find your own personal bliss. Saying "thank you" can have a big impact and we love that this journal helps celebrate the power of gratitude. Would you make this book a part of your daily life?

So easy to remember dissatisfaction instead of gratitude.

I do this w/ a simple notebook that fits in my purse- sometimes if you don't write it down promptly, well...While I realize it is good tgo review the day at the end, sometines I am just too tired.

I know more than a few people who could benefit from some introspection in this area.

An attitude of gratitude is so vital to emotional, spiritual, and mental health. A journal would help encourage and guide.
