Set a drink down with the rest of your desk supplies and you may as well ask for a disaster to happen. All it takes is an ill-placed reach for your thirst-quenching companion to damage, or even destroy, all the important papers and electronics living on your desk. For Korean industrial designer Kim Hyun-this recurring obstacle became inspirational.

With Kim's ingenious extender, you don't have to choose between staying hydrated and keeping your documents dry. This sturdy piece is made of resilient ABS and clips securely to desks, tabletops and shelves with the help of silicone pads that provide a grip strong enough to support drinks up to 25 oz. For built-in anti-spill protection, this ingenious accessory is made for those of us who are short on space but need to keep a cup close at hand. Designed in Korea made in China.

This handy design lets you keep you cup within reach without taking up desk space. We love the modern look and the bright colors. What do you love about this uncommon clip?

I'm a spiller! This looks like it will help keep my desk dry.

Can't vote for this one. First of all, it really doesn't ensure drinks won't be spilled. Second, it is not manufactured in the USA.

Great idea! I've spilled more coffee on my papers - by accident. Wld have loved to have had this extender! Good luck with it.

There is a surface RIGHT THERE! Move your cup three inches and save your money. Unless you're looking for a gadget that puts your hot beverages at a better distance for elbowing. In that case, I think this might be for you.

Why wouldn't I just put the cup on my desk? There are more chances of me knocking this down since it'll be closer to where I sit.

I'm assuming it will clip onto things like a folding chair, so this would be great on camping trips or on outings where you don't have a flat surface to set a cup.

I don't see the point. Why not just put it on the desk? Plus, to me this looks less stable and easier to spill than just putting it on the table.

It doesn't look deep enough to make me believe it is sturdy. Would be great for long airline flights, but the inch or so of depth would leave me with my drink in my lap for sure. Close, but not quite there.

I have bought these at Wal Mart before.

It seems LESS stable than a table.

That is AWESOME. Way better than a beer hat. I am always bumping my mug while it's next to my keyboard. The description should specify the maximum thickness of work surface it will work on.

I don't think it will fit all desks/tables. I don't trust that it would be sturdy enough to support drinks. A drink could just as likely dump on the table anyway.

Designed in Korea made in China. Sorry but I only vote for USA

I believe that a coaster would work much better than this drink clip.

It seems impractical if your desk doesn't have edges that stick out far enough for the clip to be stable.

Seems like it could get easily bumped

Seems like a great idea. The price would make a huge difference on whether or not I would think it's cool enough to purchase

It seems like you'd just knock it off the desk and the mess would be on the floor instead of on the desk.

Might be bumped off by a passer by.

Love it!!! I clicked the thumbs up before even reading the description! I have a bad habit of keeping my beverages in places that they spill and ruin things! This is a wonderful idea!

I think that the Drinklip is an ingenious idea.

My first thought was this might work for THIS TYPE of desk; however, not all desks have that much room for the clip to fit all the way....then it would just be another disaster but on the floor.

have tried similar products and they tend to get bumped and the drink is all over the floor. Also, not made outside of China
