This is my all-time favorite "first baby" gift

I love to send this to a couple having their first baby. I never send it before the baby is born, only after. The sentiment written on the outfit takes on a new and special meaning. The quality of the cotton is so soft that they can't wait to dress their new baby in it. It's just a perfect first baby gift.

Hat is Huge and Discolored

1

I bought this as a gift but I don't think I can give it. For the price, I'm so disappointed. The quality of the onesie is fine, but nothing exceptional. The hat that comes with it is huge and the rim of the hat is discolored. Like an off-white. The hat looks dingy compared to the outfit. I can't give the hat, it's embarrassing. So that makes this a really expensive ordinary onesie. Never been disappointed in anything from Uncommon Goods before but this was definitely a fail.

Not worth the price...

This was intended to be a baby gift for a shower. I had it gift wrapped. Upon receiving the package the gift box was damaged. I then opened the package and was dismayed at the interior wrapping which included what looked like a torn paper bag and a cheap plastic bag over the baby gift! I would have been so embarrassed to give the gift as it was. The saying on the outfit was cute, but it was way overpriced and the presentation was awful. I will now have to buy other items to make up for such a low quality outfit. Note to others...don't get the gift wrapping! I have used Uncommon Goods in the past and been satisfied, but this was a great disappointment.

THe onesie is cute and size appropriate - the hat is too big and does not match the size of the onesie - I think the hat is meant to be a one size fits all - and the print on the shirt should be all one color - or if it was going to be 2 colors - make sure you can read all the words with the same clarity. The mistake was using a lighter neutral gender color which is not as clear to read from a distance as the first words in black. For these reasons, it was overpriced. I did not see the first one I ordered, if I had, I would not have purchased the second. I don't think anyone would realize i paid over $30. for this set.
