Paul W. Judkins
“The knowledge that there is a beautiful finished piece quietly waiting for me to release it from a rough chunk of wood provides me all the motivation I need.”
Paul W. Judkins has been passionate about woodturning for the past 25 years. With the support of his wonderful wife, he’s been able to turn this passion into a career. Over the years, he has been fortunate enough to work with many of the world’s foremost woodworkers. That experience, along with his wife’s keen eye for new ideas, has been the driving force behind his creation of new products and designs.
Paul resides in South Texas, a perfect environment for mesquite trees to grow to gigantic proportions—some are over 100 years old. Working mostly in mesquite, he harvests trees slated for destruction from areas being cleared for construction or agricultural use.
